Over the years I have explored a wide range of artistic expression: acting, writing, directing, painting, sculpture - I'm passionate about each and every every form of creation. The voyage is invariably one of transformation, transforming the self, the material, a simple chair...
Inspired by the magnificent documentary by Pierre Thoretton, "L'amour fou," about the universe of Pierre Berger and Yves Saint Laurent, I wanted to recreate a little piece of their opulent décor. Drawing on the luxurious patterns of kilim rugs, the little wooden chair is transformedand begins a new life born from the pure pleasure of creation. I wish it a long life...

  2. Thanks so much kelli ann & lorie, This is such a fun way to re-cycle the old chairs from the Coeur de Village. An amazing bunch of artists are supporting this project who have our heart felt thanks.
